Dark Lantern Empty Dark Lantern

I see in your work in progress that •Dark Lantern now has access to the Crippling Strike feat while leveling up as a Dark Lantern.

Just brainstorming a few char ideas and wondered if there was any lvl requirements for the crippling strike feat once you gained dark lantern? To prevent cheesy dips of 1 or 2 lvls?
