Activating Warlock Buddy

Out of curiosity, does anyone know how to enable Warlock Buddy for 1.23, if that's even possible. I remember that it single handedly made warlocks fun to play again, but I can't seem to properly install the most current version I've been able to find on the Vault (from LadyDesire's classpak page), and the boards there are dead.
Anyone currently using it that could point me in the right direction?
