Ninja Armor
A small detail I noticed in the Work in Progress section: Ninja default armor changed to rogue. That won't work either. Ninja's have no armor proficiency and Rogue's default armor is Light. I suggest you change it to Monk or a darker Monk robe.

And another thing I forgot but a bit off topic. You think you can add Weapon Proficiency (Monk)? A Ninja that can't use a kama or shuriken is just weird and they are really useful with Sneak Attacks.

agree with the katana/kama stuff...
ninjas are cool, but a taijutsu ninja is justa a shadowy monk...
reading the post about shinobi, I thought something:
what about a class division like the archer/dualwield ranger, but for ninjas... somethig like weapon ninja/magic ninja, or else.
the monk kimono are great for the ambientation, but i suggest more itens like that on the pack...

You won't see any more Kara-Tur content in my pack.

in that context I'd ban most weapons from the arsenal apart from, kama, shuriken, sickle, ranged/melee touch attack, sling, kukri, scythe and katana as well as any amour with more than a 8 dex bonus limit. but that's just my 5p worth. it'd be quite difficult to implement it though because of the ridiculous way the game categorises weapons. 'weapon feat exotic' for instance, which includes dwarven waraxe, which is just (at the end of the day) an axe that's racist.
