Is it correct u cant use them on NPC's/monsters. or am I doing something wrong in the toolset?

I cant find them in the spells section of the creature blueprints.

The AI isn't aware of any new spells/feats so it can't use them. You *must* put a copy of my SP TLK file into the install directly (yes install) for the toolset to correctly show all of the new content I've added (domains, spells, new armors, etc).
