Odd Feat Bug Empty Odd Feat Bug

I've seen this odd bug come up now and again with Maximize/Empower Eldritch Blast, and I think once or twice with Paragon Visionary, where when I go into an area the feats are down and have a counter anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Going to a new area fixes it, but it's annoying.

Engine bug. Right click your character and use any activated feat that way and the timers will reset.
