Does practiced invoker really increase caster level? Empty Does practiced invoker really increase caster level?

I was building a 8 warlock/3hellfire warlock/4 fighter, so it should have 15 caster level with practiced invoker feat picked. However, it doesn't actually work when i used tenacious plague, only 3 swams were summoned so i guess it is because the +4 caster level from feat is not added?

That invocation never got updated with my caster level function. I'll fix that for the d update.
