Gear reequiping when loading a save

Pretty minor annoyance. Whenever I load a save, my gear reequips. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be an issue, but I'm currently using a helm with +2 INT which gives me enough for an extra spellslot. I've narrowed it the scripts 'k_mod_pc_loaded.NCS', 'cmi_pc_loaded.NCS', and 'ccs_pc_loaded.NCS'. I've tried removing and readding several scripts, and even just having those 3 scripts as the only things in my override folder. Removing any one, and my gear no longer reequips. It only does this with all 3 scripts in the override.

They sound like pretty important scripts. I'm unsure what will break, if anything, if I removed only those 3 scripts. Anyone have a clue what the deal is?
