Just stumbled across this while googling, http://tierdrial.blogspot.com/ . Kaedrin, is that a PW or module u've been working on or just some guy using Kaedrin as well?

It was my idea for a PW/module system that failed to get off the ground.

I heard that keep a PW online is quite hard AND expensive

Dunno. I haven't tried to start up a PW as I have no area design skills nor has a PW team come to me and asked me to join to do something new.

I should finish typing up some of the systems so you folks can see what could have happened. Spell crafting, poison crafting, cohort crafting...
