OTWF with Large Weapons

I'm just looking for clarification on how this feat works when duel-wielding large weapons in conjunction with Monkey Grip? Are there any additional AB penalties incurred from using large weapons over medium ones (not included the Monkey Grip AB penalty)?

OTWF is just +2 AB.

Cool thanks, so it just applies a flat +2 AB so negating TWF penalties down by 2 AB. Meaning if duel wielding large weapons you have a -4/-4 penalty instead of the usual -6/-6.

Stupid question, does it actually check to see what size weapons are being used or is a flat +2 AB just applied when the feat is chosen?
