Scout Skirmisher and Epic Skimish Feats.

Heya, was toying around with the idea of making a scout but in character creation, it shows at level 15 the Scout gains the Skirmisher feat and allows it to qualify for Epic Skirmish feats later on.

What do these feats do? Was looking at various sites including PnP oriented ones and Legends of Arcadia server forums but still couldn't match up what these are suppose to do other then the possibility of more sneak attack damage.

Also for the Epic Skirmish feats, are they automatically gained at some point or feat choice required?

I don't think I actually put the Epic Skirmish line in but I'll have to check. The Skirmisher feat was just a qualifier for those epic feats to say that 'hey, I went in pretty deep with scout' so the epic feats could require it.
